What a Great Location
“The condo was clean and in a great location. The beach was very close and there were restaurants also in walking distance. Dhai was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us out a lot. And I would recommend staying at this condo or any other property she rents. She really is the difference maker for a trip to Punta Cana.”

Fantastic Annual Retreat!!
“You're in good hands with Dhai! My arrival went smoothly and the condo was as depicted in the photos. Dhai's warm heart was the perfect welcome. I hope to contact Dhai for all future trips to Bavaro, D.R., where the weather cannot be beaten. Like all places in Bavaro, there is ambient noise, but this location is safe and clean. You can't expect the water system to be "like home", but that's normal...It's a short and pleasant walk to the beach, groceries, fruit trucks, money exchange, restaurants, salons, shops. Be sure to get the pizza at Le Petit Jardin restaurant. Get your drinking water delivered from Alex Mini Mart, just down the road. The security guards are sweet and helpful, as are the staff who clean the pool and sweep the common areas. The rooftop patio is particularly nice, with a shaded area and two lounge chairs. As a Canadian, escaping the cold to work on a project, this condo was a wonderful home for 8 weeks. - Cheers, JL”

“Dhai was a wonderful host! Helpful and great personality!! Condo was great except for no furniture on the terrace. Wish we would have been given an option to purchase a wrist band so that we could have enjoyed the restaurants and bars on the property. Overall great vacation. Will definitely use Dhai again.”

Best Vacation in the DR
“There is not a better person to take care of you than Dhai. My wife and I arrived in Punta Cana after a two-week trip through PR and DR. We were going to spend two days on the beach in Punta Cana and then fly home. When we made it there my wife had a medical emergency. Not only did Dhai drive us to the clinic she stayed with us and served as our translator with the medical staff. Then she brought us food in the hospital. Then she came back and checked on us. Then the next morning she came and checked on us again. By the time we checked out of the hospital Dhai was our friend. It is not often you meet someone with her caring spirit and wonderful energy. I would trust her with anything and thank her from the bottom of my heart. Condo Pros: Clean and large. It is a 2 bed, 2 bath space so you have adequate room for quite a few people. There is a nice balcony for private outdoor space. The property is gorgeous with banana trees and tons of other foliage.”

Wish we could stay Longer!
“I would like to strongly recommend this whole apt hosted by Dhai! Dhai is a very kind person. Her enthusiasm was actually beyond my expectation. She came out to give us a warm welcome on the first day when we got there. Then she kindly introduced us the environment nearby and gave us much advice on where to go, how to go and what to do for fun in Punta Cana. She always responded to any of our questions very fast. When she saw we are just two girls who didn't know the place well. Really appreciate for everything she has done for us. As for the Villa, it is clean, neat, cozy and special with 4 bedrooms ,41/2 bathrooms. Only 10 min walk from the apt to the beach. Nearby you can find many restaurants, bars and groceries are also close by ( with a car). We felt pretty safe and convenient. ”

Dahiana is one of the most helpful people you could hope to meet. She is very outgoing and knowledgeable about the area. While on our stay she was able to help us find anything we needed, grocery, phone, restaurants, etc...
Not only able to find these and more she gives a very honest opinion and an insider view. The villa we rented was clean, comfortable and with a great location. Make your own schedule, relax, enjoy. This is a great local rental ! Great price ! Excellent service!”

Dahiana Payamps is the best, and the condo 'rocks'!
Dhai Rodriguez, the property Manager "the best" She arranged to have someone pick us up at the airport then take us to the Super Polo so we could get some groceries,She was there to greet us and show us around . The condo was clean and conformable. The pool is right outside your door so there is no stairs to worry about.It has everything you need dishes,pots and pans, towels, etc... Just go and relax. Dahiana was very prompt when called if you needed any thing. Our time in Bavaro was Spectacular. A truly beautiful part of the world. It has everything you need dishes,pots and pans, towels, etc.
We had a family issue and had to leave early .Dahiana was right there to make sure we were ok, and if we need anything she was willing to help.She went over and above ! my husband forgot his Sleep machine and she sent it back to (Ontario Canada) and it is not easy to send this out of the D.R.

“Dahiana is the property Manager. She was very prompt when I called and came to fix the washing machine. She also brought me a new toaster the same day I called when mine quit. My month in Bavaro was Spectacular. A truly beautiful part of the world. She invited me into her home for an authentic Dominican meal with her and her husband.
This lady ( Dahiana ) is a excellent Property Manager and has a heart of gold. A short walk to the nicest beaches that Ive ever seen. Im coming back next year. Wooo-hooo! Thanks Dahiana for making my holiday in Punta Cana one I will never forget.”
